1. Can I see examples of the crystal colors you offer on your web site? Yes, click here to view a color chart.
2. What happens if I loose a stone? All stones can be replaced provided I still carry the color.
Option 1 – I can mail replacement stones to you at no charge for you to replace yourself.
Options 2 – Ship jewelry to be repaired to me in secure, padded envelope and include your phone number in case questions regarding the repair are necessary.
3. What if one of my items breaks? Most repairs will be completed at no charge provided all parts are enclosed when mailed back to me.
4. Can I get a sample stone? Yes. Please utilize the “Contact Me” page to make your request and include your contact information including mailing address and phone number.
5. What if I don't see a color I'm looking for? Additional colors may be available in limited quantities and styles. Additional charges may apply for these special orders.
6. What if I'm allergic to certain metals? Shelly Renee jewelry is produced from solid brass findings and does not contain any nickel. Silver plated items may contain small amounts of nickel and is subject to individual's sensitivity.
7. Is there a return policy on Shelly Renee designs? No. Because all items are considered custom handmade pieces please make all selections carefully, as all sales are final.
8. Is gift-wrapping available? Unfortunately not at this time, however, your order will arrive in delicate floral tissue paper packaged in a clear jewelry bag.
9. Can something be sized specifically to my wrist and/or neck other than what is offered on your site? Yes. Additional chain can be added to all necklaces up to 5” for an additional charge of $1.00. Bracelets can be ordered smaller or larger and will vary in cost depending on style. Please utilize the “Contact Me” page to inquire further on this special ordering.
10. What size are your rings? My rings have an open back and are adjustable to fit approximately 4 ½” to 8” fingers. I suggest that when you are adjusting your ring, it is important that you support the center stone by applying pressure while making your adjustment.
11. How should I care for my jewelry? All costume jewelry should not be exposed to water for long periods of time and should not be soaked in jewelry cleaners. However, occasionally spraying your pieces with any household window cleaner and then rinsed in warm water will keep your crystals bright and reflective. Darkening of the antique brass designs may occur and is a natural reaction and creates a more vintage appearance. To keep your oxidation to a minimum, do not put any brass and silver jewelry side by side when storing them.
12. How long will it take to receive my order? Items should ship within 3 to 4 weeks from placing your order. Should any items be on backorder, all customers will be notified immediately with a new expected ship date.
